Winning the Photo Contest

A photo contest was held in my University from the 3rd to the 8th of March 2019. The theme was "Futuristic" and I only knew about it when Alex, a friend of mine shared the poster to me. So I had 3 days to create and submit my work.

I tried creating a piece that is not portraiture. Failed miserably.

So as I went through my photo collection, I saw one with the potential to be edited into something else. With some ideas in mind, I edited the photo into the one showed on the left. Did it all in the last day of submission.

As the day was coming to an end, an email came in. I won first place.

I was able to do it because of the time spent on practice.
